2025-2026 School Closure Dates

Trettin Early Learning Center provides year round childcare, with the exception of the following dates:

September 1, 2025 Labor Day

September 2-5, 2025 Teacher In-Service Days 

November 11, 2025 – Veteran’s Day

November 27-28, 2025 – Thanksgiving/Native American Heritage Day

December 22 – January 2, 2026 – Winter Break

January 19, 2026 – Martin Luther King Jr. Day

February 16, 2026 – President’s Day

April 6, 2026 - Teacher In-Service Day

May 25, 2026 – Memorial Day

June 19, 2026 – Juneteenth

July 4, 2025 – Independence Day

Inclement Weather Policy:
In the event of snow or other extreme weather (e.g. smoke, high temperatures), the center follows the protocol of Seattle Public Schools. Messages will go out to families should the center unexpectedly close or have a delayed start.

UCUCC Child Care Programs dba Trettin Early Learning Center is a nonprofit, tax exempt charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations are tax deductible as allowed by law. The Employer Identification Number (EIN) for UCUCC Child Care Programs is 311705913.
